WANTED: A super sparkly SALES ADVISOR!

Are you bright, proactive and enthusiastic? Would you consider yourself to have the maturity to be able to handle pretty much anything that walks in through the door with confidence - even if you don’t necessarily know the solution?

We’re looking for someone to join our front of house team, working full time, Tuesday to Saturday as maternity cover until at least May 2016 with the potential to stay on after that.

 

Working in our retail and service environment can be challenging but also hugely rewarding, especially when you add emotion and sentiment into the mix. We are looking for someone that can demonstrate empathy as well as having an ability to think on their feet and learn the technical elements to jewellery repairs and alterations really quickly. We’ll give you a lot of training and support but we need someone that has the confidence to start serving customers from day one (note: a warm smile, bundles of common sense and proactive approach will see you through most situations).

Your role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Helping customers with purchases
  • Advising and processing jewellery repairs and alternations (with extensive training)
  • Dealing with collections and general queries
  • Business support administration: for example; handling phone calls, managing appointments, ordering supplies, processing data on our till and updating other reporting tools too

We are located in a stunning new premises called ‘The Cottage’ where we deliver our core business of selling top quality engagement, wedding and eternity rings, designing and making bespoke pieces with a comprehensive jewellery repairs service too.

You need to be competent with email, MS Word and Excel. We need you to be organised and not a clock watcher: we go home once our all our customer are happy...

Hours:

Full time, Tuesdays to Saturdays, some late nights on Wednesdays when we close at 8pm (with some Sundays in the run up to Christmas)
